Brendan is amazing! Very communicative and open. I was able to get my bike back the same day I brought it in, unlike other shops that keep your bike for days. I’ll definitely be coming back for any work I need done on my GSXR 750!

Took my 2023 Ninja 400 to get custom domino grips installed. I called them up and was able to drop off the bike same day. The work was done quick, and done right. Customer service was great, super chill guys. Definitely trust them with my bikes. I will be going back again.

I brought my bike in for a check up since I just bought it. He gave it its first service and oil change. It's close to home so I was able to ride my bike there as a beginner. A little tricky to find if you follow Google. It's easier to reach from Gramercy and Harper's way. Don't let Google take you all the way around the block. I had to take Western back to it which made me a little nervous but I am fine! I loved the shop and customer service. He arranged everything by text message which made it super convenient, and I didn't feel judged for being a beginner! :)

I called Brandon with concerns about my bike. He walked me through all the possibilities and answered any questions I had over the phone. He set up a realistic price range and time frame to expect the repairs to take. Right from the start I felt comfortable leaving my bike with him to get tuned up and fixed. He even called me during the process to tell me what he had found and what he wanted to do to fix it to work the best possible way. Even with the additional work, the repairs cost about as much as I had expected based off of our initial conversation. I 100% recommend this business and will take my bike there if ever I need more help. My bike runs like new again! Thank you so much!

I just needed tires changed out on my bike. Pricing was much more competitive than dealerships or nearby shops. And he took the time to help me understand the issue my bike was having as well; he was very knowledgeable. Good,fast, and friendly service. I think I found my new motorcycle mechanic.
